All sales are final through Maximum Cat Press. It is nigh impossible to unread a book, so we are not accepting returns at this time. If at such time this policy changes, signed/personalized copies will not be eligible for return.
Shipping
Maximum Cat Press uses USPS as the primary shipping method. Several shipping options are available through the web store. Please allow 2-3 days for orders to be processed. We are a small, family business, and sometimes life gets in the way of getting an item in transit. We promise that you will always get our best effort to provide you with our products quickly and safely.
Damaged Product
If a product is damaged in transit, please use our Contact Us form to discuss options. We will happily exchange or refund a damaged item within 14 days of purchase. Please include your original order number and/or receipt with your correspondence and we will do our best to get you sorted out.
